Refund policy

At Emperor's Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, personalised or custom-made items, items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at john@emperorsluxury.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
